What the demo processes
The live demo processes the business you select and the messages you send. If the conversation reaches lead capture, it may also process details you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, service request, or preferred time.
How that information is used
We use demo information to generate replies, show how lead capture works, operate the assistant, and evaluate the quality of the demo. Messages and lead details may be logged or stored for those purposes.
Who helps process it
The demo relies on hosted automation, AI model, search, and storage providers acting as service providers. Information may pass through those systems so the live workflow can answer and record the conversation.
Keep sensitive information out
This is a public product demo. Do not enter passwords, payment details, health information, identification numbers, or other sensitive or confidential information.

Client deployments
Each client deployment can use different channels, integrations, retention settings, and business rules. Those deployments should provide privacy information that reflects their actual setup.
